I'm located in CALGARY. Witnessed 2 out 3 of my girlfriends (both different times/days i had went to keep them company) get treated like a burden. The owner was rude for whatever reason she always seems to be angry with her customers (that I've wittnessed) and I'm unsure why.. I don't understand the hostility when someone owns a business why would you want to make customer's feel unwelcome? But the responses to these reviews reflects the hostility from what I see. My girlfriend is we really simple with their appointments, polite and bith sides there was no upfront confrontation yet always seemed like they hated us being there. It was disappointing and saddening to see as all of us have been trying to find good nail techs, that did amazing designs especially, and we heard they did just that but not worth being treated like that for a set of nails. Side note: the viral video of this location proves my point. But whatever issues they have that make them seem upset toward customers I hope is resolved since they do deserve to bring in success for their work.

I dropped my wife here to get her nails done and she was very disappointed. They cut her real nail so small it was almost bleeding and did a different design than the one she wanted. No refund no credit owner was very rude when we asked
