⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Evanston Barber Shop – A Rare Gem in Calgary

Evanston Barber Shop is truly a cut above the rest.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now with my 10-year-old son, and I can confidently say this is one of the most consistent and professional teams in the city. With at least 8 stations running at any given time, the barbers are not only skilled and efficient, but also warm, humble, and genuinely welcoming.

What makes this place special?
• Efficiency without sacrificing quality – In all my visits, I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10 minutes.
• Great environment – Clean, well-decorated, upbeat music, and a good vibe all around.
• Friendly professionals – Every barber here knows their craft. They take time to ask what you want, offer suggestions when needed, and make sure you walk out feeling sharp.
• Personal touches – I really appreciate how each station has the barber’s name displayed. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference, especially for someone like me who tries to remember names!
• Extra details – They carry a variety of grooming products (gels, clays, etc.) and there’s always a pleasant energy in the shop.

It’s not the cheapest place in town, but the value is absolutely worth it. They deliver every time, and I can personally attest to that.

I’ve taken my boys about three times now, they have had different barbers at different times and every time I am impressed with the service.

The staff are so friendly and skilled at what they do. It is a children friendly place, but also feels grown-up. The barbers really seem to care about the details. My son had Benel do his hair today and he was awesome!

We love it here. The staff is so great for our little boys. Never once did we feel unwanted or unwelcome even when our boys used to cry. They always do a great job and give the kids a lollipop ? ?. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve been a regular customer at this barbershop for both myself and my son, and we’ve generally been happy with the haircuts — they do a good job. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. On my last visit, one of the twin barbers was quite rude and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable. While not all the staff (there’s more than 10 staffs there) are like this — many have been polite and professional — this kind of behaviour really affects the overall atmosphere. I hope they take customer service more seriously going forward.
