Great service I’ve been going here since their opening in the NE location, much closer to home now. Friendly environment and phenomenal at what they do. I come here for hair upkeeping and I receive a hair wash & facial, you’ll leave feeling brand new every time. Highly recommend

Booked an appointment for 7:30 PM and showed up on time, expecting basic professionalism. I was told it would be “just 10 more minutes,” which turned into nearly an hour of waiting with no real update. At 8:20 PM, I was casually told it would take another 20 minutes. I decided to leave.

If you enjoy wasting your time despite having a confirmed appointment, this might be the place for you. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of clients’ time. Definitely won’t be returning.
