My first visit to Exceptional Beauty Bridgeland location was a great experience! I am so happy that i have found this place. Very very good service and so accommodating. Plus all equipments are high good quality, i love getting the body sculpt here! Few treatments and you can tell the difference already. You will never go wrong on this place, very affordable price too and yes,they do finance. I would definitely recommend Exceptional Beauty very amazing! The clinic is lovely, the services are high end. Most importantly the staff are knowledge and professional. My esthetician Erica made me feel at ease. She explained everything very well; very detailed! I will definitely be booking again. Thank you Exceptional Beauty i feel more confident now! I really love my result thank you Erica!

If I could give them a zero I would! The Bridgeland location was disgusting dirty. The waiting room smelled like urine and every chair was soiled. Floors and shelves all dusty and dirty. So disgusting!!! Waste of my time! I left before my appointment I was not going to let anyone touch me in this dirty establishment. When I told them why I left they tried to explain the smell as an electrical problem they had. That’s is not better!!! Electrical problem when I am there for laser treatment. I have no idea what the treatment is like because I never got that far, I just wouldn’t want to be inside any so called private room. I saw the rooms because the doors were open and it was dirty. Good luck.

I don’t feel like I received adequate information pre or post procedure. Only after going to another clinic did I realize how little information I was given and how the aftercare instructions were not adequate. The other clinic’s consultation to explain the process and answer questions was almost an hour long and far more thorough. I went elsewhere because I wasn’t clear what next steps were on my treatment from this clinic and I didn’t like the ambiance. I felt like I was being upsold.

I felt uncomfortable due to the odd bedside manner. Incessant talking even when I explained I needed to read an important report. Plus, the discussion topics were centred around conspiracy theories and political agendas. I concur with the other reviewer who stated the practitioner had anti-Ukraine and anti-immigration opinions. Even when I stated I don’t want to talk about those things (and tried to debunk with actual facts), she continued, which made me feel very tense and uncomfortable.
Aside from the awkward conversations, I do not feel the treatment is explained well and not as thorough as other clinics.
She genuinely seems like a nice person, which is why I struggled to write this review but I have an expectation for a professional environment and that expectation was not met.
