I have been on the hunt for a new massage therapist since my previous one moved, and I think I have finally found one! I booked an appointment at Exige after reading through the positive reviews, and I was so happy with Lily’s service. She was thorough with the initial assessment, making sure to address all of my trouble areas and catering the massage to my needs. Her pressure was PERFECT. I prefer deep tissue massage and often find it difficult to find someone who uses deep enough pressure. I also appreciated the additional upgrades of cupping and the hot towel foot cleanse - I will likely try out some of the other add-ons during future visits. I will definitely be booking my massages here from now on, I am so pleased to have found this gem!

I’ve been going to Exige Medi Spa for about 10 years. Even when I try other places because of scheduling or booking issues, I always end up coming back. The team is just solid. Super professional, really consistent, and they actually care.

They also include a bunch of extras without charging more — things like cupping, cold stone face massage (so good), and foot masks. Most other places charge for that kind of stuff.

Honestly, it’s just one of those places that never lets you down. I always leave feeling better.

We had an amazing experience with their Thai and prenatal massage services. From the warm towel welcome to the chocolate treat at the end, every detail was thoughtfully planned. Our therapists were Francy and Lynn and they were fantastic and matched the high standards we experienced in Thailand. It’s a bit expensive but worth it. I wish they also have direct billing. Truly impressed with the customer service and quality—finally found a place that gives a similar, authentic experience!
