I've been getting my hair cut at the shawnessy location for 18 years so that pretty much says it all. Reasonable price and wait times, friendly staff and when I do get a chair I'm usually in and out in 15 minutes. There have been hiccups over the years, but that's to be expected.

I am stunned by any good reviews. The woman at the front desk with red hair was awful as noted in other reviews. Everyone e in the waiting room was over 70 hrs old and had said they were waiting for over an hour bc the location refuses to use the online check in system.
