Just had my first visit here for a legs/underarms combo and had a great experience with Lindsay. I was a little late to come out of 'hibernation' this year but she was super pleasant, made the process quick and easy and was very thorough. The facility is really cute and both looks and feels very clean. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Annie at Foxy Box Laser + Wax Bar! I was a bit nervous going into my first appointment, but Annie was incredibly knowledgeable and patient—she took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision to move forward with laser hair removal. As a bonus, she’s absolutely hilarious, which made the whole experience even better. 10/10, highly recommend seeing them for any of your laser treatment needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Lindsay and Payton at the front at Foxy Wax Bar! Every visit is such a great experience — they’re both incredibly professional, friendly, and make you feel totally at ease from the moment you walk in. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their clients. I always leave feeling fresh, confident, and well taken care of. Whether it’s your first time or you're a regular, you’re in the best hands with these two. Highly recommend — they truly are the dream team!

Oh my!! I won a free 10 minute wax spinning their wheel during the Lilac Festival and came in a few minutes after winning (I was so excited I couldn’t wait!!) and they squeezed me in within 15 mins. The lady at the front desk was super nice and informative and got me to fill out the waiver! I got 2 areas waxed and Lindsay, who was waxing me, was very nice and also informative on their pricing/business in general as well as made me feel super
comfortable which is absolutely needed in this type
of setting. Thank you for the great experience, I’ve been looking for a new wax bar so this is great and I will definitely be coming back to visit another time!

The worse brow wax experience of my life.

I went for a brow wax and tint, pretty typical treatment. I’ve always gone to foxy box always been happy, until today.

Aside from the appointment the manager needs to work on managing their staff and maintaining a professional environment. The entire time I was there you could hear all the workers screaming, laughing, yelling. It sounded like I was in a high school or at a teenage sleepover. I know it’s not a spa but I expected, at the very least, a professional calm environment.

I won’t post the girls name but she seemed young, new and not very confident. The waxing was uncomfortable and more painful, the wax also felt completely cold on my skin so there’s some weird spots. No aloe or cooling was used at all. No cleaning up was done. The tint was put on uneven, messy, splotchy and all over the place. I’ve been getting my bows tinted for 10 years. I know it looks darker at first. My brows looked insane when she was done, NO shape, uneven, messy, no trim. Just looking bushy and dirty.

I spoke with the manager and she tried to fix them but at that point I didn’t trust anyone there. She got more tint off and plucked lots of hair that was missed but I told her to stop. I didn’t want anyone else here touching me.

The service was comped and she said my next one would be which is a nice gesture but I couldn’t be paid to ever step foot in this place ever again. When I leave with my brows looking WORSE than when I walked in there’s no chance I’m returning.

Just thought I would post my experience, loud unpleasant environment and the worst brow wax I’ve gotten in my life. It happens.
