I last minute booked an appointment to get my brows waxed and tinted and Kate was the person I saw. I did not know that my brows could ever look as amazing as they do now, 10000% going back to Kate.

Great staff all around. Mindy was great with my pedicure and making sure I was comfortable during my appointment. She went above and beyond because the original decor I picked out was dried up. So I got some nail art instead to make up for it.

My sisters and I got manicures here before Christmas. Since then our nails are so unhealthy. Not growing and cracking. This has never happened to us before. I thought it was supposed to be healthier. It was also really expensive AND 2 of ours out of the 4 of us got really sad looking polish. I wasn't even going to comment on the quality (which i never did til now) but it sucks that our nails have not recovered yet. We are all healthy and usually have strong nails that grow normally. I wouldn't recommend filly lilly due to this experience.

Not what I expected. Very expensive for the kind of service you pay. The girl (Ashton) was in a rush or with her mind in other place. Things falling off her hands all the time. Ran out of the polish I have picked for my pedi although it was in the options. She cut my toe like you can see in the photo. The Mani was just ok but again for the price not worth it. Although she gave me a 10% discount it just didn’t feel right.
