I used to get lash extensions but I developed an allergy to the glue. I go to Natalia for lifts and tints and love how they make my natural lash look. Highly recommend. They are super low maintenance and always come out looking great. Lola Lash Bar 10/10.

I’ve been getting my lashes applied at Lola on 85th for around 7 months. The staff are super friendly and atmosphere is very relaxing. I LOVE LOVE my Hybrid lashes, Dariia does an amazing job at applying lashes, I am so happy after every visit and have received many compliments. I highly recommend Dariia at Lola Lash!

I have never written a review but i feel that this experience needs to be documented.

I came in for a lash lift+tint and a brow wax. i decided to see natalia for her good reviews but i guess waxing or tinting is not her strong suit. my eye brows are completely un even. one side is boxy and the front is slanted with too much taken off and the other doesn’t even look like she touched it. didn’t use a spooly and literally gave me a gap between my eyebrows so wide i can fit a finger and a half. when she gave me the mirror to look and i tried to hold it she like pulled it away from me and was trying to hold it herself?? i couldn’t even see properly.. onto the lashes- it looks like im wearing day old mascara. she didn’t apply the tint correctly to the tips of the lashes and they look shorter than they ever would with or without mascara. i’ve never been more disappointed.

I got my threading done with Kristen Anderson, and it was a terrible experience. Since I was her last appointment of the day, she seemed annoyed and rushed through the process. She quickly shaped my eyebrows and left without even checking in with me.

Later, when I looked in the car, I realized my eyebrows were completely uneven—one was noticeably higher than the other. When I went back to ask for a fix, explaining that I needed them to look good for my graduation, the other lash techs dismissed my concerns and kept insisting they were even, defending her work instead of addressing the issue.

Absolutely horrible experience. If you care about how your eyebrows look, PLEASE avoid Lola Lash Bar and Kristen Anderson.

Edit: The day after my appointment, I noticed scabs all under my eyebrows, which speaks to how unprofessional the work here is.

Tried this location for the first time and won’t be returning. Got a whole list of services (lash lift, lash tint, threading, brow lamination, and brow tint). I originally booked in with Natalia for her good reviews. I ended up having to reschedule due to illness. When I called to rebook, Kristen was the only one available. I figured I would go with her, since I assumed all the technicians should have a professional standard across the board. Sadly, my first impression and throughout the 2 hour appointment, she was not very welcoming or professional. At one point, she got perm solution in my eye. When I told her, she said she couldn’t see anything wrong and if it’s not unbearable then I can wait it out. I didn’t realize initially, but she applied the tape slightly touching my one eye, which was probably the reason the solution got into it. Once the lash lift and tint was done, I opened my eyes and they were burning and watering for a few minutes. She also pinched my skin during the eyebrow threading which caused a painful raised bump for days afterward. Overall, the job felt rushed. The lash lift was very uneven—it looked like she didn’t glue the lashes to the rod properly causing my left eye to be more lifted than the right and my lashes were all pointing in different directions. The brow lamination was good, but that’s pretty straight forward. The brow tint was applied unevenly. I contacted the salon the next day to have the lashes fixed—the brows weren’t the best but it wasn’t a huge concern. I initially talked with the manager who was very accommodating. For some reason, Kristen called me directly to say she didn’t see anything wrong with the work and ended up telling me I just need to wash them. They also said they can’t fix them due to fear of overprocessing, which is fair, but I know other salons offer fixes when the lift isn’t done correctly/unevenly. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because I had to come back a couple days later anyway because the debit machine accidentally took a double tip (this was definitely my fault), and they were able to refund me part of it. The staff when I returned were all very friendly.

Update: My lashes were so damaged by the process that I couldn’t get my lashes lifted for 3.5 months. Different lash technicians who have seen my lashes, said they were completely over processed and damaged. I changed this to 1 star.
