Laura J is an exceptional stylist who truly transformed my hair! After a year of being bedridden and in pain, my hair was in rough shape. Love this salon. Been attending it for many years. Kerry, the owner, has fostered a very accommodating, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I go to her specifically, however, when I’ve had other stylists they’ve also done a great job. I highly recommend this salon!

Ive been to this Salon many times and always enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and professional and always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The design of the newly renovated space is modern and seems to have all the latest equipment. I love how the stylists stations are well spaced and separated from those next to them. This was and is especially comforting during Covid.
Jaime has been my stylist for over 20 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She takes good care of me from beginning to end and i always leave there feeling pampered, styled and thrilled that I have a new look, if thats what I asked for. Thank you Jaime for being the best stylist ever at this wonderful Genesis Salon.

Brooke is the best hair stylist I have ever had. She is so amazing, personable, and great to talk too. My hair has never looked better. I have gone to her 4 times now and each time she excels at what I want! I think one of my favourite things about her is that she makes it so that I have such easy grow out with great blending. I highly suggest Brooke as your new stylist!!
She has also helped with my previous hair breakage. She gives great recommendations of products that actually work! I’m so grateful for her.

I've been here twice. First time was for a blowout which took about 2 hours. It's the longest blowout I've ever had. Second time was for a haircut. The hairstylist really sold herself as someone that would be able to layer my hair the way I want it to as I was telling her about struggle in finding someone who can layer my hair. This is the 3rd hair salon I've tried here in Calgary and none of them know how to cut layers the way my old hairstylist did it in Toronto or Montreal. This one charges 75$ for a haircut and 65$ for a blowout which to me is not worth the price. I've had better haircuts for a cheaper price.
