Wide selection of retailers with an easy to navigate parking lot. The parking lot doesn't seem sketchy at night, even with a large transit loop. It is decently well lit.

Not much parking, couldn't see the signage for the namy appointment while driving if I didn't have GPS, and couldn't see where I needed to park/enter/go for my appointment
