I started coming here for keratin lash lifts after I developed an allergy to lash extensions from another salon. Marika and Atsuko have both done such an amazing job. I love how my lashes turn out every time and honestly, I think I prefer this to extensions now. The curl looks super natural but still stands out and it's not itchy or uncomfortable. Everyone at the salon is warm, professional, and the space itself is cozy and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Amazing customer service!
Went in for a lash lift (top and bottom) and a tint. After inspecting my lashes, Hiro recommended that I only do the top, since my bottom lashes are already straight (I had only done the top in the past but thought I’d try both this time — glad she didn’t let me get an unnecessary treatment!). She also suggested skipping the tint, since my lashes are already quite dark. I really appreciate that she took the time to assess my lashes properly and gave honest advice instead of just upselling. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. Will definitely be going back! :)

I was really blown away by the service at Gratitude Beauty. Marika did my lash lift and if was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. My lashes were damaged by an at home lash treatment gone wrong but Marika did an amazing job of making my lashes look healthy and beautiful again.
The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for lash treatments.

Booked with Marika 8 weeks ago to get lash extensions + LED. She was very knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my lashes and face shape. The process wss very relaxing and I managed to sleep while getting them applied. The lashes lasted about 5-6 weeks which is amazing for retention time. Just booked in a second time with her. Don't hesitate to get your lashes done there!

I’ve been getting my eyelashes done at Gratitude Beauty for years now. They are always extremely professional. Just once I had an issue with my lashes and they fixed it right away and without any extra charges. 10/10 for customer service!
