Stinky dog went in, clean dog came out. 3rd time getting her spa day. Used to go to a box store groomer but she didn't get along with the groomer, with these people there wasn't any complaints. Would recommend!

We’ve been bringing Rockie and Isla to Hair of the Dog since March 2023, and we are always satisfied with the amazing work from the team!
This time and last time, Julie groomed them, and she does a fantastic job! Her skill and attention to detail are evident. Our pups are always happy after their appointments, and we truly appreciate the care that is put into their grooming! Thank you to Julie and the whole team! Highly recommend!

We took our boy Hudson for grooming. He looks amazing ! They did such a wonderful job. He has so much fur which gets matted easily in combination with blowing out his coat - we were in need of expertise. We’ve been to a few places in the NW but Hair of the Dog stands out by far. We will be back again! Thank you so much.

We recently took both of our dogs there for grooming. They were late and running behind and the grooming was horrible. Their nails had not been filed down as per request and some not even clipped. After a day or so we noticed MAJOR shedding for both dogs.
They had not been properly groomed.
After speaking with the manager who spoke to the owner we were told to bring the dogs back ( we would have to pay the same price / so another 250$) and they would “ throw” on some extras. So 500$ a month and we would now have properly groomed dogs. We have been taking one of our dogs here for the past 8 years, overall really disappointed and will be looking for a new place.

Unfortunately our last grooming was very unsatisfactory. We have reached out and were optimistic about a fair and favourable outcome but are very disappointed . They are unwilling to take responsibility for the very poor job , and as a result will lose our business . A generous tip was given assuming a good grooming was completed. Very soon we were questioning the job , dogs in at 1 , not out till 5 , 2 hour delay . They are not even sure that one dogs nails were done , the staff member could not remember if she even did it. Very disappointed with the service rendered
