DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
Transparency and honesty are lacking in their practices.
I feel compelled to share my experience with Hairclub to help others make informed decisions. During my consultation, I was told the hair system is permanent, but its actual lifespan is 3 to 6 months. The yearly cost Hair system ($5000)including maintenance, is unjustifiable.
This misleading information and high cost are unacceptable. I advise others to conduct thorough research before signing up.

I never review places, but HairClub is so incredibly terrible that I just had to. Do not fall for their crap. They display incredibly predatory behaviour, and the “trichologists” here clearly are extremely limited in knowledge. I’d expect an actual trichologist to at least know the different kinds of hair conditions such as tellogen effluvium, yet was surprised to see the trichologist here completely unaware and never having heard of it. Not to mention, they advertise an entire hair analysis report with a hair mass index and more; I did not receive any such report. The “trichologist” here took a look at my hair from a distance and rather just decided to infer that I have male pattern baldness. Keep in mind, my hair is parted down and my scalp/ hairline are covered and not visible. How on earth can you just tell I have male pattern baldness sitting 4 metres away without even seeing my scalp/crown/hairline?! Worst part of this visit however is their predatory behaviour. Within 3 minutes, the “trichologist” hands me a sheet detailing a $4000 treatment plan, recommending me to sign up for it; No hair analysis, no detailed checking, nothing, rather just instantly trying to sell me on their scam products. Do your own research and you’ll come to learn that their hair loss prevention theory is utterly bogus as well. The root cause of hair loss is DHT, yet when I asked what ingredient in their line of treatments specifically fights the DHT, I was left with blank stares. Anyone wanting to go here, I beg you to do your own research and come into this place with an informed understanding of hair loss, or else you may risk falling for their predatory practices and scam services.

It’s been more than two months we are still waiting for hair patch order. No one is responding when we will get our order done. Very much disappointed. Paid full amount and now feels like they don’t care at all
