Got two great wigs at Hairsense: one Afro brown and one short wavy red/black. Great looks, great price, great customer service experience! Betiel, for example, was a wonderful customer service agent. Recommend this Beauty shop to any woman looking for wigs. Hallelujah! Amen.

Bad experience
I came to cancel an appointment in the store and i couldn’t get my refund back. The way the hair dressers even handle the situation was very poor, without feelings I’m not in my right. And they told me it’s like that. So try and find a policy where the loss is shared not only to the customer.
Being new in a town and facing this kind of situation. I will not come back
I was coming to this shop to buy things for my hair living in the NE. I will not come back and maybe the store in malbourough is more polite and friendly

ordered a specific shampoo, Hairsense sent a substitute product saying it was the new and improved version. I said no thanks ...now They are making me pay to return it. Beware of their return policy even if it's their mistake

First time shopping here and it’s unfortunate my experience was not good, not that anything major happened but in my days when someone walks into your establishment, the first thing you do is greet them even if you are with another customer you greet whomever walks in ur store at least say if you need anything I’m here to help if need be. let it be known that you at least acknowled the new customer. It’s not like the store was crazy busy but I got NO assistance whatsoever until I was ready to pay and still then there was zero acknowledgement. Customer service skills 0/10 store itself was well stocked 10/10
