I was recently referred to Dr. Gupta’s clinic by my family doctor. While it was a little challenging at first to secure an appointment, I had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Gupta’s assistant, Lucy. She was incredibly empathetic and understanding of my situation, and thanks to her help, I was able to book a spot with Dr. Gupta that same week.

Dr. Gupta was excellent — he performed my procedure with great care and attention, and my incision has been healing beautifully. I am truly grateful for the care and treatment I received from both Dr. Gupta and Lucy. Their professionalism and kindness made all the difference.

Provider of all services, and yet no services ever available to offer.
Try booking a podiatry appointment, despite expressing my availability I was told to call back later / closer to?
Prior to this, I replied to an email stating they were looking for new patients for their family doctors within an hour of receipt. Approximately five days later, I sent a follow up email; no response. I called the office and left a voicemail days later following that; no response. I then called again and left a voicemail days later… no response to ANY correspondence!
It was days later I attempted a third phone call and was told that they were no longer taking patients.
So in short… Why would I call back a fourth time for a podiatry appointment when you can’t even pick up the phone or have the common courtesy to respond to inquiries?

My doctor is great—I have no complaints. However, this one-star review is for the receptionists, who act as if they own the business. They show zero respect for patients and are consistently rude and arrogant. Everyone is busy, yet they behave as if they are the only ones with work to do. They make things unnecessarily complicated, are unhelpful, and often seem clueless about what’s going on. Calls are rarely answered, and when they are, you’re placed on hold for over 30 minutes until you eventually give up and disconnect.

Terrible Experience – Rude Staff and Unprofessional Behavior

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. I visited after being referred by a walk-in doctor, only to be met with unprofessional and outright rude behavior from the staff. Instead of explaining any concerns politely, they were dismissive, condescending, and made me feel unwelcome.

As a patient, I expect basic courtesy and respect, but the nurses and doctor at this clinic showed none. Healthcare professionals should prioritize patient care and communication, not treat people poorly over administrative or billing issues. If they had simply explained the situation professionally, it would have been fine, but their attitude was completely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this clinic. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, not hostility.

my doctor referred me here and asked me to wait 2 weeks and med center will give me call to schedule the appointment but 2 weeks passed and i did not got call, i called them to ask and avoid any confusion the reception lady said they did not received any fax related to my referral. i found it strange i went back to my doctor and asked the they faxed them again , now again 2 weeks passed , no one called me and they are not even picking up my call. its so frustrating, when a patient is in need of medical assistance and months pass and no one care to pick your call or scheduling appointment.
