I’ve been tattooed by Taylor and Marlee, but the great thing about this shop is that all the people there are talented and kind. I love getting tatted in a place that outspokenly matches my values. I love knowing that people are openly accepted there, be it LGBTQ+ or people of color. I love knowing that they don’t just accept the status quo and that they are actively open to learning more. This is a shop that I’m proud to walk into and even more proud when I walk out with some really awesome art.

Drove down from edmo just to get my first tattoo at Hemlock. Janeen (spittingsmoke) was highly recommended to me, and she is incredible at what she does. Along with her super cool medieval/euro-folklore style and stunning blackwork, Janeen was the most kind, communicative, gentle, and just all around solid and chill person to get a tattoo from. From booking to design to appointment, every step was well-informed and relaxed. Going with Hemlock is 1000% the right call.
