Roland was amazing!! Not only a sweet person but was so careful with my touch up. I love what he did! Could not recommend him more highly. I would also like to give props to Wendy the salon owner. She Took the time to consult before I got my hair done. She truly cares about her staff.

Came here for the first time not knowing what to expect and was extremely impressed by Mackenzie and Stevie. They were super helpful and did an amazing updo based on a photo I showed them! Mackenzie spent extra time going over every little detail with me and made sure I left happy! I cannot thank her enough, she is just amazing. I received many compliments about my hair at the event.

P.S. I have really frizzy hair that’s really hard to get under control and these ladies did the impossible!

Had a wonderful blowout experience with Sydney the day before going to give birth. She was very kind, and gave the best scalp massage (which I added on last minute) - I could have stayed in that chair for the whole day.
Highly recommended to come here for a blowout (or any service for that matter) the girls were welcoming, professional and inviting.
Looking forward to coming back !

I can’t express enough how amazing the service and quality of care I receive at Identity Express Bar. With how often I need to touch up my roots I used to think I couldn’t justify going to a salon every 4 weeks so I learned how to do my own touch ups at home. But then I discovered Identity Express bar’s reasonably priced root-touch up service and decided to try it out.

I was so impressed with the quality of service and the way I felt taken care of that a month later, I decided to sign up for a Gold membership, then shortly upgraded to the Premium Membership. I quickly pre-booked my weekly appointments a year in advance specifically on Fridays.

Now, each and every Friday, I eagerly anticipate my weekly visit to Identity, a haven that serves as my sanctuary after a hectic work week. It’s like going to the spa for self-care, a delightful treat that rewards me for my hard work. I always leave Identity feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, reset and ready to enjoy the weekend and take on the new week ahead.

No matter a new or returning client, they work tirelessly to provide premium service. They genuinely care and take the time to listen to your needs, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to individual preferences. Their dedication to each and every clients’ well-being is evident in their hard work and warm, welcoming nature.

The team of stylists are always there to greet me with open arms. We share countless laughs and have great chats about life - I feel like they are my second family! Wendy the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and has an eye for beauty and talent. Not to mention her own beauty inspires me every week I see her in the salon!

I highly recommend Identity Express Bar if you are seeking to be treated like a queen!

It was my first time visiting the salon and was for a root touch-up. From the price point, I wanted to give a go at it. Wendy, the owner, very graciously gave me an additional discount on already well priced root touch-ups. Place was easy to find and had free parking. Wonderful staff and I was well greeted. It's definitely worth trying out.
