Claire was absolutely delightful. She asked me how I wanted my hair done and also gave me a few opinions on what would look good, all of which worked really well and made my hair look even better than I thought it would look. She was very welcoming and a lot of fun to talk to as well. It was a great experience all in all. It’s definitely a bit on the pricier side but it’s worth it.

Mar 2025 update: They did not keep their a week free of edit policy. I, for the first time in my life, needed to ask a hair stylist to fix what she did. I requested strawberry blond ish color, then I got neon pink. I needed to ask her to fix it as it was nothing like I imagined. She was kind enough to put dark toner on to fix, but it came out patchy inside. My family and friends were surprised to see neon pink patches showing on my hair. I reached out to them within a week, they ignored my email and also didn’t honer their policy, while I totally understand they need to cover their time and cost, it was not what was said on their website. The fix went well and I respect her time she needed to spend on for my hair but I wish I did not have to go through all these experiences. My hair is extremely damaged from bleach left on for 4.5H + fixes need to be done.

2024 May:

I had good experience with this hair salon! It was quick and professional, no wasting time for long consultation or selling unnecessary products to customer, which I really appreciated!!

I had blonding service, it came out asymmetry in the front center and I was a bit confused(see the picture, this is the hair I went home with). With that being said, I am happy about overall experience. They gave me hand scrub and hand cream while I wait for my bleach to cook up, I loved the little spa service, it made my day even more special.

I’ll definitely come back, thank you so much!
