Jerome is a salon that I adore. It has a very warm and inviting environment with pleasant, friendly, funny yet professional staff. I always look forward to getting my hair done in this establishment and always book with Maya; a resident apprentice. She always makes me smile and makes sure I have the best experience I possibly can get. Blu always gives me a warm greeting and lets me pet him upon entry and sets a comforting tone for the appointment. The sinks are so nice. They are tall person friendly (6‘+) and very comfortable. The staff are all very clearly passionate about their work and I can’t wait to keep visiting this salon. Maya always gets my hair right

What a wonderful few hours, that atmosphere is lovely and the environment very comfortable and high end. Seriously reclining chairs by the sinks. But my favorite part was Rachelle, she was lovely to deal with, listened to my crazy colour ideas and made suggestions but used her knowledge and experience to create an end result that I am just plain over the moon about. Plus she did a cut that left my curls feeling light but textured and whisps softened around my face that made me feel younger. So between Rachelle talents and the amazing environment this was a 10 out 10 without a doubt. I will be back for sure!! Thank you ?

I've been getting my hair done (cut and colour) by Leah at Jerome Salon for nearly 3 years now. She has taken my hair from an ombre blonde, to a gorgeous rose gold, and back again. She always listens to exactly what I want, gives me realistic advice, has amazing attention to detail and perfectionism, and strives to ensure I am 100% completely happy with my hair. It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my nearly waist length hair, and with Leah, I know she is going to always make sure I leave happy.

The salon itself is bright and open, and all of the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Jerome Hair Salon, and Leah in particular!

I had to give this salon up. The price no longer matches the service. I have sent friends there for consults when they are looking for a new stylist, and they were shocked at the lack of customer service and engagement of brining in new clients.

The stylist cut my hair too short and in a different style then what I asked for. I showed her many photos for reference and we did a consultation. So it surprised me to see her cutting my hair differently than what we discussed. I will have to grow it out and start over.. it was too later to stop her. At a high price point I expected much better. She took a long time to do the haircut so maybe she does not know how to do a short haircut. I will not be returning. She should not be charging 85 dollars for a cut and should be able to honor the client's request.
