Was not very impressed. Was wanting to find a salon close to home, so booked an appointment online. Which was easy. Day of my appointment, she had double booked the single room without realizing it until she arrived after I did. Someone was already in getting a massage, so she started in the main area with my face waxing. She was not well set up for this, so it was not a smooth process as she scrambled to get all the supplies she needing after already applying wax to my face. She did not keep the wax at a good temp, so there are now small burns around my eyebrows and she missed some spots. I had booked in for more areas to be wax, but did not continue since it had been much more painful than any other waxing I’ve had done over the years.

I purchased a groupon with this business. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist couldn't decide when I could come in and then said they needed to get back to me. When i didn't get a call back, I followed up. I was told the owner said they wouldn't be accepting Groupons purchased because the owner has since cancelled her subscription and I should take it up with Groupon. Not very professional.
