I had the pleasure of visiting Julzz Creation Hair Salon recently, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable. I managed to book an appointment on very short notice, and I was so grateful because I urgently needed help with my hair.

I decided to lock my hair but wasn’t sure about the size or the overall style I wanted. From the moment I walked into the salon, the level of service impressed me. Julzz, the owner, was an absolute delight to work with. Her expertise and passion for her craft were evident. She took the time to understand what I envisioned for my hair and brought it to life beautifully.

The salon’s atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and the other staff members were equally impressive. The receptionist, in particular, stood out with her friendly and humorous personality, making the experience even more enjoyable.

It took me almost two weeks to put this review together because there’s so much to say, but here’s the bottom line: if you’re looking for a salon that genuinely cares about your hair and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend Julzz Creation Hair Salon. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can confidently give them a 101% recommendation??

After 9 years of DIY, I figured it was time for a change. What an exceptional service I received from start to finish. From detangling to shampooing, trimming and spending 11 hours locking my 12 inches hair.
Julz went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I particularly appreciated how she kept the working area clean from time to time.
This is a new journey and she shared tips to help me maintain my locs until maturity and beyond.
Also, as someone with sensitive scalp (or so i thought), Julz helped me realized how much attention I need to give to my scalp to reduce the sensitivity. This was eye opening as I could relate it to workout routine, where our body is sore after not working out for a while and getting back into it.
I'm truly excited for this journey and I'm glad I listened to the many referrals to come to you.. thank you again for your incredible service Julzz. Oh and I fell in love all over again with my hair ?. Absolutely love my locs

I have been meaning to write this review for awhile...I cannot say enough good things about Julzz and her team. Two weeks ago my loc extensions were in serious need of repair (they were falling out after less than a week) and I was unable to get into my previous salon to get them fixed in time for a very important occasion. I am growing out my undercut and using loc extensions to do so. The rest of my hair has been loc'd for 2 years. Julzz fit me in. By the time of my appointment more damage had been done (almost all had fallen out), meaning a need for a longer appointment. Not only did she fix them, but she re-arranged her schedule on very short notice to ensure I left the salon feeling good about my hair. Further, there was NO PAIN. She took such great care in ensuring I was comfortable throughout my appointment and that things were done properly. All in a relaxing and welcoming environment. Julzz is a true loctitian, an artist and clearly enjoys what she does. The work was top notch, my loc extensions have remained intact since her install, and her prices are BEYOND reasonable. This is where I will be going moving forward for all things hair and locs. I have the utmost faith she will be able to sort them out in no time as they are all in need of some TLC. Thank you Julzz. You were under no obligation to stay and fix my hair and I am so so appreciative of you and your team. Thank you!

I'm only giving it a four-star review as I was quoted a certain amount and had to pay a little bit more which is understandable as there was a shampooing and conditioning. My hair turned out great and I love the color and I love the stylus that did my hair but it was instantly frizzy and I was under the impression that it wouldn't look this way after until and after a few weeks of having my hair done. Still a great place. Great service! Great people! Just bummed out with the frizzy dean and somewhat the price but absolutely great people and and I do recommend just establish your pricing and everything beforehand and at the appointment

It was the worst experience ever for a haircut. Initially, I went there to get some consultation on possible hair extensions. I was told by the stylist that it can be done and quoted $350 for extensions, haircut, and color. On the day of the actual appointment, I was talked out of extensions as my hair was fine, and it will show. I took their advice and settled in for a haircut with haircolor. I wanted a full hair color but was again talked out and settled for just root touch-up with haircut. She curled my hair, so I couldn't see how the pixie hair cut was done. Washed my hair the next day - to my horror, my grey's are still visible right in the front, bruises on my neck, and a very bad haircut with no sharpness to the look. Called them with the issue, receptionist and stylist herself was apologetic, but the owner herself is a very arogant lady. She started off. No job is perfect, and we are here to help you. Your receipt says no refund or exchange. First of all, I received no receipt. Secondly, telling me we have been advised by Judge not to issue refunds tells me the story of how often they get dragged into such situations. They're expecting me to go back and take the risk of another bad job done on my hair after paying $160 + tip for a bad haircut. I feel all the reveiws are for extension job done, definitely not a place for haircut and styling.

You are very manipulative in your response below. Pictires dont lie. I never declined a receipt. I was given the option of extension day one after seeing my hair, which she could see is fine hair, so why not bring up everything day one? I wouldn't book an appointment. I ended up paying more just for mediocre haircut and root touch-up, which is still showing grey. I didn't ask for a full refund, I clearly told you a refund for just my hair color, so i could get it touched up right away, not wait for it. You never did shampoo before cut just after color, which is normal practice and not a favor as i paid for it. I'm sure flat iron was used to curl and hide the bad haircut as i didn't ask for it. I trusted you and even paid a tip in good faith to support local businesses. such people who ran their business just for money and not customer satisfaction should be closed. I have no intention of coming back for any services from you people and further ruining my hair. I would rather warn others to stay away from such businesses who only care about money.
