Came to Kikko nails and spa to get a fill they did a great job for me and my three friends and were very nice and friendly to us all. They also made sure that we all knew we could come back and get any nails fixed if they were to break for any reason free of charge. Jason did my set and they turned out great!

I go to get mani/pedis for special occasions/events. My nails peel and split and aren’t a great shape naturally; therefore, I generally keep them short. They shape them well even with a short length and uneven length to work with. I also have very sensitive hands and feet. Kikko nails makes it a pleasant experience for me. They respect my personal boundaries when it comes to water temperature, touch, pressure, and cuticle trim length. I generally walk in without an appointment and they pleasantly accommodate me and prices are reasonable.

I have been going to Kikko Nails for pedicures regularly for 4 years now and have never been disappointed! All of the staff are very friendly and good at their job. Amazing leg massage and hot rocks every time. It is always relaxing, and they have the BEST Vietnamese coffee!!

I’ve always gone to Jason for my nails because he seemed to do an okay job, but this last visit was absolutely terrible. My nails were noticeably slanted, and when I politely pointed it out, I got attitude in return. Even after asking for them to be fixed, the end result was still uneven.

What really shocked me was that by the very next day, four nails had already popped off. Over the next couple of days, the rest followed. I paid $70 for nails that didn’t even last 24 hours. That’s beyond disappointing.

I did consider going back to get them fixed, but I was just beyond livid. I don’t ever want to go back. They never really take care of my cuticles either. The work has always been meh, and this was the cherry on top. I tolerated mediocre service, but Jesus Christ is this place terrible.

If you do decide to go here, go with Lyly. Don’t make the mistake of going with Jason or anyone else. This place seriously needs to learn basic etiquette, professionalism, and how to treat customers with respect.
