I got Jennifer does my nail and Michelle does my pedicure. They are both my favourite and do very good job. They are so kind and sweet girls. The nail and color on my feet last very long for many weeks. Thanks girls!

Went back to Jennifer, she is amazing. Super nice and her service is wonderful. She has done a fantastic job on my nails both times. She listens to what I want :) keep up the great work Jennifer ? (black and red with snowflake)

My wife and I have been going to KQ Nails for about a year now and the quality of service we receive from Jennifer and Michelle is amazing. We usually come every 2 weeks for a manicure/pedicure and acrylic nails and have had an awesome experience every time. We sometimes bring our 8 and 4 year old daughters for a kids manicure/pedicure and Jennifer and Michelle are great with our girls as well. As a male some nail salons can be a little intimidating but at KQ I always feel welcome, and I am very comfortable there. The value for dollar at KQ is also better then most other nail salons I have experienced. I would highly recommend KQ Nails and Jennifer and Michelle.

❌ MINUS 000 STARS if I could. Worst nail experience ever at KQ Nails. The service was rushed, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer care. I asked for a specific shape and color — what I got looked NOTHING like what I requested. The nails were uneven, lumpy, and the polish started chipping the same day.

On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I pointed out the issues. No apology, no effort to fix it, just excuses and attitude. This place clearly doesn’t value repeat customers or quality work.
I thought close to my house and i can be regular customer but very very very bad expierience

I recently had a disappointing experience at the salon. Jennifer did my nails, and unfortunately, the results were far from satisfactory. She didn't take the time to even out the surface of my nails, resulting in an uneven finish—some areas are bulbous while others are flat, as you can see in the photos.

To make matters worse, while I was still getting my nails done, Jennifer accepted a walk-in client. Although I understand that walk-ins can happen, it was only us two but she seemed to forget about me entirely. When she finally returned, she hastily applied cuticle oil, placed a hot towel on my hands for only a moment, and quickly applied two pumps of lotion without properly rubbing it in before declaring that I was finished. As a result, I was left with visible lotion streaks on my hands.

As this was my first time at a salon, I was expecting a certain level of professionalism. Instead, it felt like I was being rushed through to make room for the next client, which gave the impression of prioritizing profit over quality. I’m disappointed with the service I received and won’t be returning.
