I got 2 lobe piercings here for 45$ - paying only for the jewelry they used to pierce me and not the piercing itself! pretty good deal, and really nicely attended by the staff there (Thank you so much Manizha!) Quick, easy, and super painless! Will definitely check out again when these piercings heal :)

I did my 10 month old daughter's ear piercing, and the lady who was doing that , she was fantastic. She has a lot of patience i must say as my daughter was crying a lot but she waited till she get calm and did her job nicely ??

I went to the store to purchase some earrings for my daughter, I asked the cashier before I purchased them , can I return them if my daughter doesn't like them ? She said yes. Bought the pair of earrings, brought it home and of course she didn't like them , so I went to the store on the next day to return them and they told me that they don't accept returns on earring. I told the person that I understand that but I specifically asked before I purchased them and they told me that I could! .
Now I am stuck with a $40.00 pair of earrings that nobody is going to use.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My mom was unfortunately racially profiled here. The two women at the store on the closing shift on Saturday, June 7th 2025 were incredibly rude and short with us. They were impatient and very dismissive when my sister inquired about purchasing a watch. They were mocking and laughing at my mother while she was wearing her religious garb. The women also kept making a point to watch and monitor us, making us feel singled out and incredibly uncomfortable. There was a blonde mother and child who were also shopping there; however, as you probably already guessed, they didn’t seem too interested in them. While the few other shoppers were left to their own devices, thus receiving no help, the women focused all of their attention on following us around the store pretending to fix the jewelry set up. Disgusting. I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at the Chinook Lovisa, even though I was initially very excited since it was my first time being in the store. As much as my mother and sister and I love jewelry, we will never buy anything from this store. If you are a POC, please be wary of ever coming to this store, unless of course you love being followed and made to feel like a thief the whole time.
