I visited this shop for the first time, and it will most certainly not be my last! I wanted to try this place since it is close to my house, and I really felt so comfortable and taken care of.
The pedicure was the best I have had so far! Vanessa has magic hands that just makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed during the massage!
Yvonne was incredible with my manicure and the cutest little hearts for valentine’s.
All the ladies were so sweet and friendly, and the shop is super clean. They definitely found a new regular customer in me!

Today I had an exceptional pedicure experience at Luminous in Legacy and I can't recommend this place enough! The facility was impeccably clean, with a spotless and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The chairs were so comfortable, making the entire experience even more relaxing. The space itself is beautifully designed, with a calming ambiance that enhances the overall experience.

And shoutout to Yvonne, who was absolutely lovely! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect. Her expertise and care really stood out, and I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I’ll definitely be returning for another visit. Highly recommend!

Went for my first ever pedi with my Fiancé who loves them. Mary and Ollie were our technicians and they were amazing!

Store was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Prices felt good for the treatment

I got the Tropical Pedicure, my Fiancé got the same and a medicire and was extremely happy with the work.
Will go back for sure to relax and treat my self

2 days ago, I got the worst service ever in this nail salon! I communicated my dissatisfaction (pictures below) for both my pedicure and acrylic at the salon and on their review and I was rudely told it was my fault that the supposed professional nail technician did not do a good job because I was on the phone! I had indicated what I wanted so I’m wondering if I should be teaching her how to do her job ? The shellac bottle was apparently empty and that gave my toes bumpy look and Yvonne said it was my toes that weren’t smooth, I’m like really ???? I asked for refund or removal and I was denied both! They have Worst customer service ever ! I won’t recommend anyone going to this salon ! Do not go there ,they are not good at their job and are very rude to customers.

I had an awful time at this place.
I got engaged on December 20th and went in the next day with my daughter to get a new set.
She rushed through my new set, continuously for her fingers glued to mine, so much so that she ended up ripping off one of the corners of the new tips and when I asked if she was going to redo it, she said no, she would fill it in with the powder. It looked awful. All my nails were different shapes, after asking for very short coffin shape. She moved on to another client and I sat there almost in tears. The lady who was doing my daughters asked if everything was okay, and I said: honestly no. These look awful. She looked at them and redid 8 of them. They still look terrible the more I look at them. And I look at them often being newly engaged. Pictures show them after 6 days and in my opinion they should have been completely redone by someone who knew what they were doing. Very disappointing ?
