Absolutely Amazing Experience!

I had an incredible experience at Luxe Nails and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to what I wanted.
My nail tech took her time to make sure everything was perfect—she was meticulous, gentle, and clearly skilled. The quality of the products they use is top-notch, and my nails have never looked better. I also appreciated how hygienic and organized everything was—it really sets them apart.
On top of that, we hosted my daughters 10th birthday party there, and it was an absolute hit! The team made each little girl feel special, and they had a blast choosing their colors and getting pampered. The staff were incredibly patient and made the experience fun, smooth, and memorable for everyone. She and her friends are still talking about it!
Whether you’re looking for a quick polish, a full pampering session, or even a unique way to celebrate a special occasion, I highly recommend Luxe Nails. I’ll definitely be back!

Luxe nails is my go to nail salon. All the ladies that work here are respectful, kind and they listen to what you’re asking for. I’ve been coming here for over a year now and been with a couple of the ladies. They’re all great! Tracey is the tech I see and she’s amazing!! Hands down the best tech I’ve ever had. Thankful for her eye to detail and being affordable even when I ask for so much!

Every visit to Helen and the fabulous ladies at Luxx is a memorable treat! They are so kind and we enjoy laughs at every visit! The salon is so clean, it’s a warm inviting place. I can’t recommend this nail bar enough. The care they take, and through job brings me back time and time again. I’ve been a customer of Luxx since Helen opened this location and love the nail dates with my best friend ❤️ Any photo we show them of nail creations they have been able to replicate. Very talented staff! Keep up the great work Luxx! I’d give you a 100 stars if they let me.

I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time, always seeing Tracy and loving her work, she’s kind, skilled, and meticulous. Unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. Tracy was on vacation, so I booked with another technician, trusting I’d still receive quality service.

I requested a simple ombré nail, but what I left with was completely different from what I asked for. This was my first time getting ombré nails, and I didn’t realize that the correct technique involves powder rather than polish. The technician asked what color I wanted, so I selected the closest match based on the sample provided. However, I could tell she wasn’t confident in what she was doing, and even the owner spoke to her before she started which should have been a red flag.

The service itself was unpleasant, she was rough, nicking my cuticles multiple times with the drill. When she finished, I immediately expressed that I was unhappy with the result, as it looked nothing like what I had requested. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the owner simply said that I chose the colour and that’s why the tech used it, completely disregarding the fact that the sample looked much lighter than what was applied.

The owner offered to fix my nails two days later, but I had events to attend and couldn’t wait. Despite my clear dissatisfaction, I was still charged full price for work that was poorly executed. I ended up going to another salon immediately after, where they thankfully fixed the mess.

As a long-time customer, I expected better. This experience made it clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority, and I won’t be returning. A business should never charge full price for work that is visibly incorrect and poorly done.

Horrible experience. I had shellac mani pedi and the shellac did not cure on my toes. I realized this when I took my heels off and the polish had rubbed off completely on the inside of my shoes. The cuticle work and filing was completely uneven. My manicure was awful. I had remind the manicurist to file one hand and to apply the top coat so they wouldn’t be sticky. She did a hitch job on my cuticle: they were peeling when I left. She didn’t push a cuticle scraper under the cuticle and just the top and sides leaving cuticle that should have been cut off. The. She took a drill to try and remove the cuticle which ended up fraying my skin! Her paint skills were also horrible. Waste of money. Do not recommend
