Two weeks ago I was here for extra dimensions eyeshadows. Steve helped me amazingly they went above and beyond. I was so amazed by their services . Thank you so much Steve ….. I hope I have used your pronouns correctly . There was another employee who helped me as well choosing blush they were also great .

I had such a great experience at MAC today! A lovely associate named Maryam (who has the same name as me!) helped me out, and she was an absolute gem. She patiently showed me different blush options and even gave me tips on how to apply them with their brushes. Despite the store being packed due to Black Friday sales, she remained calm, helpful, and so sweet throughout. Big shoutout to Maryam—she made my day! ?

While the staff here is friendly and helpful, I really feel they could use more training. They do makeup beautifully on themselves but lack the skill to color match appropriately on customers. I used to be able to show up and have an artist immediately know how to swatch my skin shade and match it perfectly back in the day. I had to return one concealer due to it being too pink and exchanged it for another shade. The next shade also didn’t work out so I just decided to return it. Unfortunately you can’t get a refund once you do an exchange. You’re better off doing a return the first time around, then purchasing the next item in case the next one doesn’t work either. At this point they suggested I should’ve had samples made (which should have been done in the first place? Instead of getting color matched incorrectly twice.) Anyway, I asked if I could use the store credit online and was told she thinks I could. Ended up reading the back of the card and of course - it can’t be used online. While I appreciate their fair return policy, I just wished the skill level was there to appropriately colour match. Next time I’d suggest just applying the products yourself since they aren’t too heavy handed in application. Oh well. Hopefully there’s something from there I can use the credit on…

Recently visited this MAC store, excited to shop and claim my birthday gift. While the sales associate assisting me with lipsticks was incredibly helpful and friendly, my experience was unfortunately ruined by the store manager’s rude and dismissive attitude.

When I inquired about my birthday gift, they claimed they couldn’t find my account in their system. I showed them my confirmation email, my account and all necessary details, yet instead of making an effort to resolve the issue, the manager was completely uninterested and unhelpful. They didn’t even attempt to offer a solution or manually process the gift—instead, they dismissed my request entirely saying I need to contact customer support and that they are too busy with other customers to open a new account for me. Seriously?? As if I wasn’t a customer. Their tone was curt, and made me feel like I was asking for a favor rather than something I was entitled to as part of MAC’s program.

It’s disappointing when a brand known for quality products has a store manager who lacks basic customer service skills. MAC, I hope you take customer feedback seriously and ensure your managers uphold the same standard of service your brand represents.
