Was going to book online but it said they don’t do online appointments so decided to walk- in and wait. Used to go here for years because of the convenience of walking-in. Was greeted by someone who asked how much of a trim I wanted because she only had 10 minutes till her break and they were booked up with appointments till the afternoon. She was very off-putting. I wasn’t willing to have a rush job. I asked about walk-ins since the online appt service is down. She said it wasn’t down and that since Covid people “like to make appointments”. I’m not going back there. If I need to make an appointment I’ll go to someplace nearer, with nicer ambiance and guaranteed better service. I loved going here before. It was relaxed and easy-going and the walk-in service was perfect for people like me who will wake up one day and decide they absolutely need a trim today! Sorry this feature is a thing of the past! You’ve lost a customer who tipped well!

The worst place ever , I booked for root touch up and wanted to put me with a student and I said No , and I called again to day they put a not that I said I wasn’t happy with a girl that I had a root touch up before that is a lie and told me to go some where els so so rude ! I fill so sorry to the owner that’s has staff like this ! In this economic crisis no one will go to the shop again. Also, I will tell all my friend and family about this shop not to go specially this branch , I used to go here with the Indian lady (and I go everywhere for my root touch up at lest 2 to Mrs a month)many time and she told me that she had to quit because everybody’s so rude. She’s not happy to working here too bad the owner lost the really. Skill full staff !

You are so rude , you try to put me on a student , I don’t want to be some one rat testing drugs , if it is in my mind if I don’t like the shop I would not called yesterday , your guys are so terrible , I’ll tell all my friends and family not go to this hair shop , and look at the review OMG I never see anything like here 1 stars do so much ? who care your guy don’t do my hair ? It’s so many shop will be happy to have me with kindness and friendly warm welcome !

When having payment handed over don't assume change is a tip.
Proper etiquette is to ask if change is required.
This was not done.
Simple cut with no clean up whisking or blow to clear cut hair.
I will not be returning to this place again.
