I had an absolutely amazing experience today thanks to Edelgard and her wonderful coworker. Just five days before my wedding, my original wedding band broke, and I was completely stressed out. They both went above and beyond to help me find a beautiful new ring and truly helped ease my anxiety.

Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference during a very stressful time. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and highly recommend visiting this store. Thank you again for your exceptional service!

Shanam helped me purchase a evermore engagement ring, she was incredibly attentive to my emails, communication was incredible, she insured I was happy in every way. I have time today. Absolutely abysmal customer service received on my recent visit the evening of February 26, 2025. Never needed a receipt prior to get rings cleaned and repaired with my lifetime protection plan. Managed to get a picture of the receipt with all pertinent info and asked the two Customer Service Reps to review the info. They both denied my request to simply look up my info in the system and said there is nothing they can do. Gave me the manager’s card and told me call her in the morning. No thank you. Not sure why such complete and utter laziness, as the store is always empty anyway. Not in the business of arguing so I left, and headed to another location (Vaughn Mills). Showed the wonderful and personable Rep (May) the same receipt and she came back with the dates of purchase, SKU, PCP and docket numbers. I will forever be avoiding the Bramalea location to avoid such vile, poor and putrid customer service. I would not recommend this location at all, as this relationship has been fractured and is beyond repair. Thank you.

Guys,please be careful while spending your hand earned money in this store

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at this store. I purchased a piece of jewelry few years back and I was shocked to find that when I requested an exchange/return, my request was denied, despite having the receipt and certificate for the item, as well as the product being in perfect condition.the lady on counter simply said we have changed our policy and we can't take our own products, you may try to return/exchange at other jwellary stores (non Michael Hill).

Beware of this brand store..I am very disappointed ?

I had a return label and they wouldn’t process the return at the store saying I have to mail it. On the label it says “ you can return to a store or mail it to us”. At this point they are just making the return process difficult. Worst WORST customer service I have even seen in Canada. Walking into this store feels like stepping into a black hole where time, patience, and basic human decency cease to exist. If you enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and treated like an inconvenience, this place is a dream come true.
