Did a lot of shopping as its a festive season and there is huge sale on a lot of good items. But, what was outstanding at MHJ was the customer service and that warming and welcoming attitude is what one always receives there. Specially, at this time of year there was higher volume of staff present at the store and each and every person was super nice and welcoming. Sue (in the photo), helped me find what I liked and suited me best. I can't forget her impression of giving smiling gesture and smart suggestions.
They showed items without me having to wait, gave extra discount and also offered to clean all my rings (bought from MHJ and also those which were bought from different stores), in fact they complimented me on the rings which were bought from a different store and were gifted by my husband years ago. That shows genuine care that they have, which makes their customers be pleased with them and causes them to continue to come back to them. Kudos MHJ! Continue to keep that heart winning attitude towards your customers!!

My mother went in there and bought a necklace and earring set and five days later the chain broke she went back in to get a new chain, and the sales associate that was working had insinuated that she had pulled the chain and broke it. She ended up having to pay five dollars plus tax for a new chain when it should not have costed anything and it should’ve been a straight exchange. I work in customer service and the number one rule is not to make the customer feel like they’re doing anything wrong and in this case, this is what she did I will not be coming back here

Be careful when buying from here I bought an engagement ring and wasn’t sure of the correct size and instead of asking me to find out the correct size, they said it’s no worries they can resize it no problem. When I went to get it resized they told me it’ll be an additional 400-500 dollars.
They will say whatever you want to hear just to make a sale.

I've spent like five thousand dollar at this shop evey Christmas something new.not this year. My wife Is disappointed.
So I used to go to sunridge mall every month or when i needed to go to the doctor, dentist or shopping but I will never go back there again because of their parking enforcement. They have turned everything into paid parking. Just for that.
I hope this mall goes under.

As a regular customer, I havent shopped here or at any michael hill stores in a year… Very disappointed with some of the staff at this location. I purchased a necklace (from another location) and a bracelet (from this location) and have gotten it repaired AT NO COST, because both of them have care plans. I have gotten them repaired at this location numerous times… and tell me why I went to the store and suddenly apparently I dont have a care plan when I told the lady you guys literally fixed it a couple months ago at no cost… she said she could repair them and would have the pieces inspected for a repair quote acting like the same location did not just fix it a few months ago. On that same note, as someone who LOVES jewelry, the quality is just not there anymore, it keeps breaking.
