Nina is always so friendly, outgoing and lovely to get my nails done by! I’ve been to her about 5 times. This time, for my shellac mani pedi, I had an idea of which colours I wanted for both my fingers and toes, but I couldn’t find the exact colour in the paint swatches they had available. So instead, I showed Nina a picture and she was able to find the perfect colours for me, including a special brand new colour they just got in with chrome added. Thanks again Nina! My nails look beautiful and ready for my vacation.

Jenny is amazing, she always does an amazing job. She wasn’t available on the only day I was able to go and I’m fairly disappointed with who I ended up with. Before the polish, my nails were even but after the polish was added one thumb is thicker than the other, I noticed a few other fingers were the same way. I got a pedicure as well and the polish is all lumpy and uneven. It felt as if the girl who did both the pedi and mani was rushing through the whole process. Nail tech was also rough and cut my skin with the drill.

This place used to be good but tonight the tech no showed for my daughter’s appointment, not that I cared. It was absolutely filthy everywhere I looked as we sat being ignored by the staff (that we’re doing each others nails) while waiting for our tech to show up for her shift. It was my daughter’s first nail experience, which is supposed to be a luxurious experience! Gross! I will not be back.

I had a really disappointing experience. I recently got my nails done at this location, and they turned out terrible. The polish was clumpy, uneven, and started peeling off just a few hours later. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for years, and this is the first time most of the polish came off within two days. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I regret going there.

I went for a mani/pedi to help out a student manicurist. The place was filthy-sign said to keep shoes on as the floor was wet-no way would I walk bare foot in there. The staff mostly spent time ordering food when they weren’t actually doing nails. No customer service at all. My student got no attention from her supervisor or the other technicians even when she asked a question. I felt bad for her as she is learning and was very unsupported
