I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The service was poor, and the quality did not reflect the high prices. They spoke among themselves in another language, which unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

Worst experience ever! I asked for a short French manicure, I got almost an invisible white tip pink-ish ugly disgusting French manicure. I had to ask her to put more line and I said it look too pink but instead of doing anything to change it, she just said that's how it looks. Very arrogant young lady and act i-know-it-all! She doesn't even know how to put a white tip line. Where did she even get her training? People are paying for it and wasting over an hour. I said to other lady, Trang who did an excellent job before that I was not happy at all with the result and asked if she can fix it, she told me just hold on to it for 3 weeks and get a new one with new charge. Are you kidding me? I can't even look at it for more than a minute and I have to have it for 3 weeks so that they can charge me again the same amount I wasted today. I chopped it all off as soon as I get home because it's too disgusting to see and I promise myself that it will be the last time I set foot in that nail salon. Never again and no one ever should!!!! If they can't take care of an unhappy customer than they don't deserve to run a business and takes people money.

Worse customer service, they do not speak English, when I asked her name she didn’t even give name, she took almost 1 and half hour to do only pedicure. She even forgot to clean my legs properly so I had to show her to clean, I had to remind her to put lotion. She did color so many times that it took so long to dry and at the end when she touch, it came out, she tried again to put color on the top of the damage color, which didn’t dry, so I had to ask them to take out all the color and I don’t want to waste anymore time. My mom’s color came out as soon as we reach home, it was regular pedicures and I still paid $105 without tips. I was thinking acrylic toe should be $50, but she took regular pedicure $50. I work in BMO bank and my all staff goes there, they were all shocked when I show them my toe and told them how much I paid. Waisted money and time. Will not go back at all. I recommend everyone do now waste your money

I would never come here again or recommend to anyone else. There is no point in booking an appointment because they will keep taking walk ins before you and not honor your booked time. The staff are rude and do not understand or follow any instructions you give them. If you do not like the colour you chose, they will either ignore you or become upset and tell you it’s fine and then ignore you. The staff are also unprofessional and are more focused on loudly talking to each other across the salon than your service. They will charge you 60 dollars for a basic mani pedi. The salon and their tools are dirty and everything is covered in a layer of dust or debris from acrylic nails. I once went for a wax and they kept dipping the same applicator into the wax, which is extremely unhygienic and not up to standard.
