Honestly so disappointed with my nails. I used to come to this location often a few years ago but decided to take a break. I came back to get my nails done and I was confident they would do a good job as they have. And you know they do a great job if they will take a picture of the end results and post it on social media. First of all I asked for bio gel with French manicures with star designs and gem. She broke down the price, and I was okay with it although albeit pricey, I told her I wanted to keep my natural length because I want to grow my nails. She cut them anyways, I wasn’t upset because it’ll always grow back. I’m more disappointed she didn’t listen nor care. She said we’re adding extensions. I moved on. As time went on it seems like she was rushing. I showed her the picture and it didn’t even look like what I wanted. There was a lack of attention to detail, uneven nail length, polish drag marks. The stars weren’t neat or detailed. I showed her the picture of what I wanted vs what I got. I’m glad she forgot about the gems because at that point I would have said never mind. Please tell me do you think this is worth $90 after tax…

As a loyal customer, I've been disappointed by the recent addition to the salon's team. On three separate occasions, the new employee has incorrectly performed my nail services, leaving them rough and poorly shaped. Additionally, the application of acrylic was particularly rough, resulting in discomfort and even cuts. Despite these issues, the salon still charged me the full price for the services rendered. It's disheartening to see that the team prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the language barrier makes it difficult to effectively communicate concerns. Spending $65 on such subpar service is unacceptable. It's evident that the salon needs to address these issues and prioritize customer care in order to retain loyal patrons.
I did it on 9 April its take off in with in 7to8 days i am totally disappointed ?

The customer service was good but my nails did not last. Usually when I get a shellac manicure it would even last up to 2 months. Also I got acrylic nails and majority of them broke off without me hitting it or something. I dont think they were glued properly
