Today I dropped in on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in. This is the 2nd time I’ve used this salon. I came to have my nails trimmed and a new summer colour on. I get the shellac polish because there’s less chance I will ruin it. They look great! Love the red colour and the length is perfect! I also had my finger nails evened up and had a French polish put on and they look fantastic!!! I am so pleased with both. I will be back for sure.

my nails are so amazing! I love them so much she got the shape perfectly right the way I wanted it. she got the French tips so perfectly. it didn’t even hurt at all! my nails are amazing. I love them and they are so fantastic. Will definitely be my go to nail salon!?

Called ahead for my daughter’s 10th birthday to book her and her 2 friends to get their nails done. My daughter was so excited. When we arrived the girl at the till was rude and seemed annoyed we were there. She barely spoke and was unhelpful. I also noticed that the salon was filthy and probably unsanitary. There was only her there and she didn’t explain designs or prices. The girls were so bored while they waited to get their nails done since it was only her. She didn’t apply a top coat so her nails were chipped by morning, she got nail polish on her legs that we had to wash off, and as you can see in the picture she also cut her toe. I’m really unimpressed.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I recently visited OMG Nails & Spa, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I found the prices to be excessively high for the quality of service I received. My nails are crooked, out of shape, and frankly, not at all what I expected.

I tried reaching out to the manager/owner to express my concerns and seek a resolution, but I received no response. This lack of customer care only adds to my frustration. I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience—there are better options out there that offer quality service at a fair price.

I went to get my nails done yesterday (Dec/21/2022).
I was charged $78+GST when I was told it was going to be $68.
When I started realizing she didn’t know how to apply acrylic properly and started shaping my nails flat and uneven I told her I wanted to go and just to charge me for the unfinished nails, only acrylic and some filing,( I wanted to get it done somewhere else before paying the full price) she said she will charge me full price even though they were not done???!!
I was shocked because that’s ripping people off, I said that they are half way done”! she said “doesn’t matter” so I stayed….. I wanted beautiful nails for Christmas dinner and now I have to pay someone else to fix them.
The girl working today didn’t learn to do nails at school, I can guarantee she does not have a nail tech certification and I know this because I am a nail Tech myself and one of the first things we learn is how to properly shaped to a natural looking nail.
Don’t waste your money here, installations are nice but people here are not experienced and they probably don’t disinfect tools properly.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
