Came in with my sister, she finished first and i was finished in a little over 2 hrs to get them done but happy with the results and ladies were pretty nice

I just wanted to give less than one star. First and very Worst experience at the salon. I came with so much excitement with my friend. I had asked about specific short length to the lady doing my nails which was never accomplished and I was charged for medium length nails. My friend got simple shellac and her skin was damaged while cutting the cuticle extra skin.
Also the staff was rude to not even ask or apply for any moisturizer after the nail services. The lady who charged me money for the services didn’t bothered to reply welcome or regards after the payment was done to her.

The place is unhygienic as the buffers and scrappers are not even sanitized or cleaned after one person’s use. All the tools are used and not even washed after one use. It was waste of time and money both to visit this place.

Moreover we were not even given discounts as first time visitors which they promote online.
It’s all fake nothing that sort was offered although my appointment was 24 hours early as they say in their policy for the eligibility.

If I could give 0 stars i absolutely would. Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I came for a mani-pedi that took 2.5 hours and I left with unfinished nails!

First red flag was that the water for the pedi was not hot. As for the nails, I came in with shellac and looking for a colour change. They had posted a French tip nail design with bow charms on their Instagram and said they would be able to do it for me. It took them 2 hours just to remove the previous shellac and shape the nails! I asked for oval, similar to the photos and the shape was way off. The worst part of the shaping was that she cut my skin! I started bleeding and my finger became sore, the tech didn’t apologize or anything, just dropped some liquid on the cut. Photo of the cut is attached.

Once she started painting the french tip, the tips were uneven and thick. I asked to see the bows to see what it would like against their French tip and they didn’t bring the bow. I asked again and they went to look for it, came back without the bows and did not acknowledge my request at all. I was there for so long, with little communication so I just asked her to finish the nails without the promised design. If they weren’t able to do the design and shape they should’ve just told me so I could manage my expectations. Why post designs if you’re unable to fulfill them?

While they were completing my nails with a top coat, another client was getting her pedicure done and the water was overflowing onto the floor! No one seemed to have any sense of urgency to clean it up either. Other clients seemed impatient and waiting for a long time for their appointments as well. As I was paying to leave I had to remind them to put the promo for % off the services that they were advertising on Instagram! Thank god I reminded them too, there’s no way I would have paid for this full price.

The salon is unsanitary and unhygienic as well. Tupperware with food were on the desks they were doing manicures on. There was bits of lettuce/food in the sink meant for clients to wash their hands. The Instagram is totally different from reality. Would not go back and would definitely not recommend.

Was so excited to come here but our experience was not good. We paid $140 for two sets of “medium” length nails. This is apparently medium length on me in the picture, and the lady who was doing my nails did not clean my cuticles + drilled over my hangnails. When we asked about the monthly promo, and said we wanted to pay together so we would just apply the one promo to the whole price, for some reason she tried to argue with us. Was an unfortunate experience. We get medium length nails done basically every 3 weeks and to pay this price for nails that are shorter than regular short is wild. They also used buffers on us that were most definitely used before and were dirty. Definitely would not come back or recommend. Super disappointed about this. In the picture, me and my sister have our pinky fingers beside eachother, mine is “medium” and hers is “short”… and yet mine are shorter than hers? Just so disappointed I can’t even begin to explain it. $140 for this is a waste of money.
