Stephanie at the CORE Pandora is absolutely incredible. She has single handedly restored my love of Pandora. I lost my full bracelet over a year ago, and she helped me locate and replace charms that were no longer listed or sent me a message if they were on sale. She has been very patient with my constant needs and helped me find joy again with my replacement bracelet (I was very sad after losing my first bracelet). She gives incredible customer service by letting me contact her after hours and holding onto charms until I'm able to come in to purchase. Thank you Stephanie for representing the brand so well and being so helpful and patient with me ? I'm very appreciative and I will be back to purchase more Pandora products because of you! (I will make sure to see you for them ?)

I did not realize when I purchased it but upon coming home my item is missing a cubic zircon stone. I havent removed it from the box as I still need to purchase the new kind of bracelet for this charm(pandora me0 Is there any solution for this?

Bad quality. Received earrings for b-day, wear them 1 or 2 days. Then kept in the original box. One year later discovered that the earrings (metal) changed colour. It looked like silver but now it is a dirty copper color.
