I love this Pedi n Nails location, everyone is accommodating. I always book with Q because she understands the assignment everytime!! She never fails to exceed my expectations, I don’t let anyone touch my nails except her. She doesn’t disappoint ever!!

My sister and I went in to get our first nails sets and the experience was amazing. Elise and Lee did our nails and they were beyond amazing. They were very quick, but their speed was perfectly matched with amazing precision and quality. Not only did they do amazing on the nails; knowing it was our first time, they took time to explain what and why they were following these techniques, and also went above and beyond in giving us tips about how to take care of the nails, how to explore different styles etc. They are masters in their trade and knew how to work perfectly! We were last minute customers but they were kind enough to stay back an extra 30 after closing to finish out sets (this doesn’t mean you should show up late though, best to book ahead of time). Over all it was a wonderful experience with 10/10 service. You should definitely get your nails done here.

Excellent customer service! And so much patience. I didn't have a reference photo, but Q did her absolute best to bring my vacation nails idea to life!! They turned out so much better than I could have hoped for!!!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, but the overall service was far from what I expected. The massage was barely noticeable – not at all relaxing. I specifically asked for square nails, but the technician gave me a strange U-shape instead, which totally ruined the look I was going for. The worst part was the communication issue: when everything was fine, she could understand and respond to me in English, but as soon as I pointed out the mistake, she suddenly couldn’t understand and switched to speaking in another language. It was incredibly frustrating, and I don’t feel like I got the service I paid for. Definitely won’t be returning.
