My wife and I just spent over 2 hours at Beacon Hill location and was amazed at how well we were treated by the staff. Paige was one of the kindest ladies I ever met. Very patient with my wife answered all questions gave wonderful input. The shift manager was just as good. Highly recommend this store to all the ladies.

I brought a young woman with a disability into this location who needed quite specific bras. We were both dreading the task, and left so excited and grateful. Akaisha helped us from the moment we arrived, showing so much acceptance and patience. We left with multiple bras, some footwear, and a beautiful blouse… all on sale! The store also offered an additional discount because she is low income. My gal felt felt like a princess, and I will definitely be returning there with her! Akaisha, thank you for your lovely spirit and making both of our day!

So awesome! I was lost trying to find a bra that fit, having lost a few pounds. Tried online shopping-not an item to purchase online. I learned. Then a friend suggested Penningtons. I did and was amazed!!! The kind, patient, knowledgeable lady that helped me (salesperson #888888, sorry, I suck at names!!!) spent the time to not only provide so many options, but also gave me so much information, I walked away, literally on cloud 9! I got my confidence back, I walk tall and proud now knowing everything is in it's place! I cannot thank her enough and believe me, I am telling everyone about this awesome experience. Keep up the great work!

I arrived at the store 2 minutes after it closed and the doors were locked. I called the store and the ladies were kind enough to let me come in and pick up the one item I really needed and something else that caught my eye, which she had to remove from a mannequin. I imagine on a Saturday evening they just wanted to go home but accommodated me. Previously at this location I've had great experiences with bra fittings and picking up quality items that are trendy but we'll made and fit well. Sure, the price points are higher but it is evident in the quality, looks and experience.

Devan is a true professional and gem! I tried on so many bras, and she was the perfect amount of helpful and honesty in what worked and what didn't work. bra shopping is almost never enjoyable, but this was alright! I bought 2!
