This is my salon I love visiting this nail salon. I've dealt with Pauline many times, and she is amazing.
I have been very fortunate to have Jenny do my nails also
Both ladies take time to make sure that I am happy with any selections that I make, and if i'm not happy , they give me time to make another selection. And she gives wonderful suggestions.

Lucy is so meticulous with her work. She takes so much time and care to make sure everything is perfect. My eyelashes look natural (I often get asked what mascara I use) and easily last 3 weeks between fills. And I have never had another technician be so precise with my nails.

I have been going to Phamtastic Nails & Spa for last 7 years now and have received various services from Raj over the years. Raj has medical/nursing background and so many years of experience at the Spa making her a very talented and knowledgeable esthetician. She is accommodating and also goes above and beyond to improve customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend Raj for all your spa services.

I booked a pedicure online for the Westbrook location on Valentine’s Day at 5:15 PM and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I called, and the staff told me there was no appointment. It seems they sent staff home and canceled bookings without notifying customers. To make matters worse, I later received an automated email asking if I enjoyed my visit, along with a 10% discount. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I have been going here since around 2008. I have always had a good experience until the business changed ownership for the 2nd time. The doctor who purchased the business obviously didn't care about it and slowly clients and staff left. Eventually I learned staff weren't being paid on time, they were paid maybe a month or more later and the place wasn't the same. I will have to move to another business, sadly I can't support this one any more for obvious reasons. I hope the remaining staff can find employment somewhere that respects them, they are all great.
