Tina is my absolute star! the several times she’s dealt with my chewed up nails, the shellac still turned out BEAUTIFUL! so gentle and kind. and every now and again when i go in for my eyebrows, she’s quick and precise.

the place is always so clean (plus it always smells amazing) and once i went in with my mom and they gave me a free foot bath! forever my go to :)

I have been going to get my nails done from Tina for years. I get very expensive and artistic designs done to my nails and I am NEVER unsatisfied. She is the kindest and most gentle person I have met and does amazing things with nails. She would absolutely not yell at someone unless they were incredibly ignorant and rude, or were trying to get a free set of nails, which, unfortunately, DOES happen from time to time. I highly recommend her and her skills. I am always getting comments on my nails and designs! She's fabulous! Her pedicures are very relaxing as well. Love them!

I’ve never left a salon feeling so disrespected and humiliated. My experience at this nail salon was beyond unacceptable. The nail tech, Tina, was extremely rude and aggressive with my hands throughout the entire appointment. Despite calmly asking her to fix multiple issues with the nails, she became visibly irritated and even started yelling at me in front of other customers.

What made this situation even more disturbing was when she said, “YOU people are so entitled and think you know everything.” I was absolutely shocked by this comment. I have never had a problem at any salon before, and the entire encounter was recorded on video.

When I asked for the nails to be removed, they refused—and still charged me the full amount. I left the salon in tears, after being publicly yelled at across the room. No one should ever be treated this way, and I truly hope this review helps protect others from experiencing the same trauma.

I had booked an appointment for myself and my mom. I had booked two pedicures and two acrylic sets. Upon arrival they realize that they had booked two pedicures one acrylic set, and one shellac set. I realize that there was some sort of misunderstanding, which was OK. I asked them if they had time to do an acrylic set for myself and my mom and they said no. So I decided that I would call another salon and see if they had time to do an acrylic set for me. Since another salon had time to do an acrylic,I decided that my mom could just stay and do her side of the appointment, which would be one acrylic set and one pedicure. However, the lady that usually manages phone calls and appointments was very rude and said that if I was not going to stay for my appointment, then my mom would not be receiving any services either. This was extremely upsetting because there was clearly a misunderstanding of what was booked and I was trying to still make it work with what they had booked us in for.
I don’t understand why they denied my mom her services if I did not stay after they were the ones that said they did not have time for the both of us.

It showcase horrible customer service, they could have just offered to do my mom’s appointment still and maybe even my pedicure but they were extremely rude and basically making us get a shellac service when we didn’t want one.

In the end me and my mom and ended up leaving .
Try booking elsewhere, they are rude and unprofessional!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. My friend asked nicely to get polish cleaned from the side of her nails just to have a nail tech start screaming at her. She was so patient and stayed kind but the nail tech continued to yell and cause a scene. The whole thing is on video. I don’t know how anyone could treat someone like this when they are quite literally paying for a service. Literally ruined her entire day and the nails were so ugly too. Do not ever come here 0/10.
