I'm updating my review because after going through an awful experience with a different stylist I reached out to Pro Haircare and got me in right away with Suzanna fixed my hair beautifully and for being so wonderful, polite, and understanding. The fact that the original stylist that did my hair had no knowledge of what she was doing. I appreciate you coming in on a day off to do my hair for me always appreciate it. Best part you took your time and didn't rush my appointment.

I was at Sunridge Mall on Monday March 3. Last time I got my hair cut it was horrible. I was scared to get my hair cut. It was time to try again. I walked in to Pro Haircare and I asked if they take walk-ins. Jackie said yes we do. Jackie cut my hair. I have fine thin hair. Her knowledge of my hair type was amazing, she answered every question I had and gave me invaluable information about how to care for my hair. Jackie helped me get the right products for my hair. Jackie is amazing! Thank you Jackie for my wonderful hair cut! Ask for Jackie the next time you go to Pro Haircare.

I'm updating my review because after going through an awful experience with a different stylist Jackie reached out, got me in right away, fixed my hair beautifully and credited me for being over charged. She was wonderful, polite, and understanding. Jackie deserves 1000 stars. The fact that the original stylist that cut my hair had no knowledge of cutting side bangs or softening layers. My hair was cut wet which I've never experienced before because your hair shrinks up when it dries. She did ask me how short I wanted it and I had to try and guess with it being wet how much it would shrink up. Another stylist working kept stating she had the same cut I wanted only longer. She did not. When I stated I wasn't liking it I was told it's just the way she styled it. The cut I requested was not what I got, I had to tell her to quit cutting away at my bangs as she was trying to continuously cut to fix them (I requested my bangs not be touched except to soften them) we were given different pricing (my daughter was told the cut would be $51 or $61 with a wash so she opted not to get the wash, I was just led to the wash and not given an option not knowing that it was extra). The stylist that did my daughter's hair did a wonderful job. Was great with learning exactly what was wanted and my daughter left there looking beautiful. Be cautious when entering this salon as some are great and others don't know basic terminology or how to do it.
