I’ve been seeing Mike as my stylist for over 15 years. He consistently provides the best cut and colour that I’ve ever had. He is a true artist.This is my first time in this salon, but I found it comfortable and clean and has a great atmosphere (Like going to a friends house).

I came back to Calgary not too long ago and have been struggling to find a good hair salon until I tried out Purple Jade Hair Design. Their service is excellent and everybody at the salon is very kind and welcoming. My stylist was very knowledgeable and the haircut that I received was the best I've had in my life.

I’ve tried so many salons over the years in Calgary, hoping to get the perfect layered cut, but I was always a bit disappointed. That changed when I met Victoria at Purple Jade Hair Design. She gave me the exact layers I had always dreamed of.
She's quiet, gentle, and truly kind. The whole experience felt relaxed and thoughtful, no rush, just care and precision.
For the first time, I walked out of a salon feeling genuinely happy with my haircut. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, Victoria!

Just had the worst haircut of my life. I booked for noon today but Jade was with a client. She tried to fob me off to Mike who had given me one of my worst cuts in December and I wanted Jade. Jade did cut my hair and gave me a cut that a six year old girl gets. She spent no more than 15 minutes, no hair wash and no styling. I’ve been going here for over 4 years and I was treated like dirt. I’ve had three excellent hairstylists but they don’t seem to last at this salon. Extremely high staff turnover which indicates terrible owner. Avoid this salon at all cost. Jade deserves ZERO stars.

I just had the worst haircut ever cut of my life. Jade double booked herself and pawned me off on Mike who despite having 30 years experience, has no clue what he’s doing. He cut super short layers and gave me curtain bangs that start at my ear line. He cut off half my hair. He did nothing of what I asked even after showing several reference photos. No one should leave a salon in tears. Do better.
