Kim is so brilliant and hardworking. This is my first time ever here and I made sure to pick Kim after recommended by a friend. She’s now going to be my nail artist for sure. She’s so sweet, attentive and precise with her work. This set was affordable and reasonable. Only $86!!!!!! The entire staff was so friendly, and I loved the atmosphere inside.

Don’t be hesitant give this place a try.

Excellent.... I was on a time constraint and they finished as a tag team in an hour. Absolutely perfect and pleasant staff ???

This is a review 6 yrs later...in addition to my previous review, amazing work; again on a time constraint and they called me back and made time for me anyway...I will always go back here and always go to my favourite girl! Love this gem, excellent customer service. They are genuine ladies with no disrespect for one an other... love it!

*1 year later, newly fresh shellac not even anything spectacular and Annie delivered superb.

I’m guessing either in this circumstance that this was a result of a nail set being rushed or just the lack of proper nail prep because I have been to the salon before, but I usually don’t get the same person. The designs and the outcome are usually always great But in this circumstance, two weeks after getting my nails done, I noticed a small little tint. It almost looked like pen ink, So I ignored it, but as the weeks and days went on, it began to spread, and I began to Get concerned. Because I don’t live nearby the actual salon I wasn’t able to pick out a day to visit them to solve this problem, But today I decided to take nail clippers and clip away at the acrylic, and I was truly disappointed in the lack of nail prep. I’ve been getting acrylics for five years And I’ve never had this happen . Though this Bacterial nail Infection Is harmless, and doesn’t hurt, it’s just not what I would want on my nail , because now it needs to heal . this is caused by the lack of prep when it comes to getting your nails. I would just like to give everybody a heads up when you do go to chop salons make sure you Pay attention to what goes on while you’re getting your nails done and the proper prep that is needed to even apply polish or acrylic. This could’ve been easily prevented

I've been going here for years, and ive noticed the new staff are not as trained as the regulars, also the pricing is never consistent. I try to be fair and still come back hoping they will redeem themselves. I went in on Friday to get the shortest nails ive ever gotten before with white tips and two white flowers. The outcome of my nails were not even close to the picture reference. They were ok and I could see the tech really trying. The part that blew my mind, was she charged me 75$ for this set. I still tipped her but I will not be coming back here. For 75$ I should of had longer nails, and a better design.

I will not recommend this place at all. Went there to have biogel done. They did a horrible job. The place is dirty the desks where you are doing your nails are so dusty and so dirty that it's scary. Also they do not sterilize their equipment they just wash them in and that's it. My nails are horrible they are uneven I have to go somewhere else to have it done professionally. I Would not recommend this place at all.
