I’ve been going to this clinic for years now because of how much I love their work and the team! The difference in my skin is unbelievable! Recently, I went to Radiance Skin Care for help with hyperpigmentation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Arpan took the time to educate me on the root causes and many treatment options, which helped me understand my skin better. My experience here for a medical skin issue was very disappointing. Despite calling ahead to confirm they could address a non-cosmetic concern, the focus during my visit was on explaining basic skin physiology and pushing their moisturizer, rather than diagnosing or offering a solution for my problem. It felt like a sales pitch, even though it was clear their product wouldn't help my specific condition. For genuine medical skin concerns, I would strongly advise seeking care elsewhere.

!!! SCAM ALERT !!!

I visited them for a skin concern, which was later diagnosed by a dermatologist as Pityriasis Alba—a harmless condition often caused by cold weather. “Ruby” used her fear based tactics and told me that I have “Vitiligo”. It felt more like a sales pitch than genuine care.

I was unaware at the time, so I agreed to her suggested “facial treatment” and purchased several expensive products worth more than $500, none of which helped. Kind of what snake oil salesman do.

To my knowledge, Ruby is not a licensed dermatologist but a beautician. A proper diagnosis and a simple cream from a dermatologist resolved the issue.

This experience was deeply disappointing and misleading.
