Called and got an appointment on a busy Saturday. LoAnn was fabulous. Great advice before starting cut. Recovering from a bad cut so she talked thru every step with me. Spent time explaining how I can do myself - very helpful. Bonus... less than 10 min walk from my house.

I fairly recently moved to Montgomery and needed a good hair salon who would do a good job. Well I found it, thanks LoAnn I chose right. I don’t have a lot of hair, tops gone, however I can rely on you to make what’s left look nice and is aware of eye brows trim so I don’t look like the devil! I highly recommend this hair salon!

I had a hair cut yesterday! I called in for the appointment! She needed to go somewhere so she was rushing my haircut. It was the worst hair cut experience of my life. She was constantly making me feel insecure about my hair that how fine my hair is and no haircut would suit me. This lady was racist. She is very unprofessional. I almost cried while sitting in the chair. I hate hate hate my haircut. She didn’t give me layers at all. She didn’t blend my layers either. The way she was holding the scissors I could tell she doesn’t know what to do for what I have asked for. I simply wanted a face framing layers n long layers. She made me feel the worst. I would never ever step my foot there. I even tipped her for that disgusting hair cut. I paid $63 for that stupid haircut that she gave me. Also when I asked for curls, she literally curled three pieces in my entire head. She didn’t even use a hair protector for blowout. Omg this is insane how is she running the business. I am new to Bowness area. I was looking for something closer my house. I would have gone to my hairdresser. This lady tries to make people insecure n sell the products. My hair is literally beautiful. My hair grow fine. It just my hair type that is fine and thin. I can’t do anything about it. She was constantly telling me to do something about it. I have always had hair like this ever since I was born.
