This is long overdue… I have seen Terynn a few times. One of the best hair styles I’ve ever been to. So nice to sit in a chair and have the artist do what they do. For weeks after my hair cut still looks amazing, I love her work and her as a person. She becomes your best friend you haven’t talk to in a while and she is so welcoming.

My daughters and I have been seeing Madison for cuts and colour for 12 years (kids - toddlers to teens) at another salon. We were happy to follow her to her to Rebel Rose. We have had cuts at all lengths of hair and we vary from wavy to curly. We all trust her completely and have never been disappointed. She is always up to date on trends and has great recommendations. We get compliments on cuts and colour and appreciate her professionalism and care. Completely recommend Madison for anyone. And she can be trusted with your curls!

I went in to Rebel Rose on a whim because the location was convenient and Alex gave me the best cut I’ve had in years. He is funny and nice but, more importantly, intuitive and figured out what I was saying despite my not being able to explain precisely what I wanted. I have found my forever hairstylist!

Edit: since I wrote this review there’s new management so I can’t attest to what it’s like now.

I booked appointments for my son and I using the Rebel Rose booking system. Both appointments were accepted. We showed up 10 minutes early for our appointments to find the salon dark. I texted the stylist 10 minutes into my appointment, and then called 10 minutes later and left a voice mail. I did not receive a response to either of my messages. At 6:55, 5 minutes before my son's appointment I sent a text stating that we could no longer wait as the stylist still had not shown up, and that I had made other arrangements. Luckily an awesome stylist in the same building was able to take us in. I am really disappointed that I did not get any response, apology or explanation for the no show, especially since I saw that my messages were read. I was really looking forward to having my hair done here because the reviews are amazing.
