I’ve been using redwings for over 5 years now and have purchased them from various locations throughout Calgary. I’ll truthfully say that this is hands down the best customer experience I’ve had at any other location.

Shae is incredibly knowledgeable and very personal with your boots. She was able to pinpoint the problems I was having with my other boots and was able to assist beyond assistance.

If you’re in the market, I definitely recommend this location it is fantastic and you’ll see how professional, friendly and knowledgeable Shae and her staff are.

Shea at this location was absolutely AMAZING!! She has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!! She takes her time with her customers and is very knowledgeable. Absolutely LOVED our experience with her! The boots themselves are amazing and extremely comfortable (according to my husband who wears them lol). Great experience all the way around!!

Red wing in mahogany is definitely a 5 star.
Shea helped me out returning some worn out boots. She Got me a brand new pair very fast and quick. Put toe caps on and not just that she also put some mink oil on them. Boots look great and I’m very impressed how fast and quick Shea was. Shea Also saved me a lot of money and kept me up-to-date For when I should come back and get another cleaning. Thanks Shea and red wing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
