Absolutely fantastic experience, and I’m beyond happy with how my hair turned out. Jordan was incredible to work with. She is extremely skilled, knows what she’s doing, and does it well! I came in with inspo photos of the colour I wanted, and some ideas for a cut. Jordan matched the colour spot-on, it’s literally perfect! The cut was exactly what I wanted too. My hair was transformed, it has never felt/looked so healthy & beautiful before. I will absolutely be going back to see Jordan again!

As well, the salon itself is incredibly beautiful, clean, and has such a calm & relaxing feeling. I was immediately welcomed by the friendly staff at the front, and the whole experience was so nice. I even got a nice hot tea while I was waiting for my colour to develop. Something small, but it was just such a nice treat during my appointment. I absolutely recommend this salon, and Jordan specifically!

First time here, grad stylist Monica was beyond amazing and talented. She was very kind and professional throughout the appointment, the scalp massage was awesome, she asked all the appropriate questions to make sure that I get exactly what I want. She payed attention to all the details and made sure that I get a precise cut. I am super happy with the result. She is very skilled and I am definitely coming back.

Shara did a great job with my cut and colour. A very pleasant and positive experience. I was challenged getting to my appointment on time and Share was very flexible and accommodating and successfully was able to provide me with the desired results. Awesome job Shara.......Thanks!

Redbloom West 85th/East Village.
I've been to both locations with two different stylists, great stylists but both times I've rebooked the stylists had to reschedule due to sickness. Rebooking is usually a month out and it's interesting to me that they take a deposit that holds you to your appointment but staff are not held to their appointment.
I find this unprofessional and while I do appreciate that their time is important and people get sick, this should also apply to the customer.
I initially saw one stylist at West 85th - she moved to East Village a week later. I booked with her at East Village, saw her once. Second booking she was sick and couldn't get me in until almost 6 weeks later. I than proceeded back to West 85th to see someone sooner. Booked for my second appointment with the same stylist and the salon called to let me know she was sick (day off, 5 hours notice)and gave me one additional option for a morning appointment. I work during the day and have kids so always book my appointments 8 weeks out and in the evening or weekend. The reschedule that I was offered was 7 weeks from the day she was sick for a total of 15 weeks between appointments. I'm generally pretty forgiving of these types of reschedules but the insane prices that are charged and the deposit required to book is borderline insulting at this point.
If you like consistency and follow-through... move along this place isn't for you. :)
