Firstly my appointment was at 1 p.m today but they started my haircut at 1.25 p.m and after 15 mins of starting he was really in a hurry due to appointment for other customer and finished my haircut at 1.45 p.m and I said show me back view of my hairs and it was ridiculous not in a good shape , some hairs were long and some hairs were short on my back head but he refused to rectify it and said that your hairs are like that only what a weird answer, you can see in the pics below that how uneven the hairs are and it doesn't matches with the front haircut, they should be evenly trimmed from the back as well. Robin was unprofessional today

Disappointing, went for second time thinking the barber might have not understand properly what i was asking then, well he still messed up even i have shown him the picture what exactly i want.
See pictures for reference what i asked him and what he did. Not going again
